The following general Terms and Conditions of sale (hereinafter “T&C”) apply to all sales contracts entered into between FN Herstal and the Customer who may reside in any country in which this website is or shall be operating (hereinafter, “Customer”).
The Customer shall read these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing a purchase order on this website given that all purchase orders placed on this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer confirms and declares to be a consumer and is purchasing FN products for personal use only, and not for resale within the scope of any form of business or commercial activity. Therefore, the order shall be deemed valid when placed in accordance with standard consumer requirements, taking into account the total number of products purchased regardless of the number of orders.
FN Herstal reserves the right to modify these conditions of use at any time without prior notice.

2.1 Website Navigation
Products are organised into categories accessible via the main navigation menu. Each product page includes images and descriptions to assist the Customer prior to placing an order. The Customer may return to the homepage at any time via the FN HERSTAL logo.
2.2 Product Information
Product descriptions, specifications, and images are provided for information purposes only and are non-contractual. Some images may feature AI-generated individuals or AI-generated content and are provided for illustrative purposes only. FN and its partners reserve the right to modify product information at any time without prior notice.
Product availability may vary by country and is subject to applicable local regulations.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in EUR, USD, GBP and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are shown separately before order confirmation.
The total price payable is confirmed during checkout. Once confirmed, a binding purchase contract is formed in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
FN Herstal reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products are invoiced based on the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.
4. Availability & Delivery
4.1 Product Availability
Orders are processed on business days only. If an item is out of stock, you will be informed within 48 hours of placing your order.
4.2 Delivery Times
Deliveries are handled by professional courier services.
- Express delivery: 1–3 working days
- Economy delivery: 2–5 working days
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to destination, customs procedures, or force majeure events. Delays do not automatically entitle the Customer to compensation.
5. Orders
5.1 Placing an Order
Products may be added to Customer’s shopping cart and modified before checkout. Availability and delivery options are displayed prior to order confirmation.
5.2 Order Confirmation
An order confirmation email is sent once the order is placed. Dispatch confirmation and tracking details are provided once the order has shipped.
6. Payment
Payment methods include:

7. Right of withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with EU consumer law, the Customer has the right to withdraw from his purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify his decision by email addressed to info@shop.fnherstal.com before the withdrawal period expires.
Effects of Withdrawal
- Products must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer unless the product is defective.
Withdrawal Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Customised or personalised products
- Limited editions or special-event items
- Products showing signs of use or damage
8. Faulty or Damaged Products
Customer must inspect goods upon delivery. In case of damage, non-conformity, or missing items:
- Notify info@shop.fnherstal.com by email within 5 working days of delivery
- Provide clear photos and a detailed description
- Retain original packaging
Accepted claims may result in a replacement or refund where applicable. Return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon presentation of proof.
9. Returns (non-defective goods)
Returns must:
- Be requested by email within the withdrawal period
- Include unused products in original packaging
- Be approved prior to shipment
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

10. Legal Guarantees
The Customer benefits from:
- Legal guarantee of conformity
- Guarantee against hidden defects
applicable under national consumer law.
11. Data Protection

12. Intellectual Property
FN Herstal is the sole owner of the intellectual property rights applicable to the site and its content.

This limitation does not affect statutory consumer rights.
14. Force Majeure
FN Herstal shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, epidemics).
15. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Belgian law. Customer may bring legal proceedings either in Belgium or in the courts of his country of residence, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Webshop at the time of order placement.
